The ideal candidate would be a mature Christian with a clear calling and a passion in building up people with his\/her gifts and experience:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Full-time pastoral experience for Mandarin-speaking faith community<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Identify with the Baptist creed and system<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Able to lead and equip believers to become spiritual leaders<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Gifted in preaching, Bible teaching, outreach, and pastoral care<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Possesses strong interpersonal skills and a team spirit<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Holds a Master of Divinity (or equivalent) from an evangelical seminary<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Familiar with the culture and needs of North American Chinese (Mandarin-speaking) communities<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fluent in Mandarin, with knowledge of English and Cantonese being a plus<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Interested candidates should email a brief personal testimony, a statement of faith, a detailed resume and links to recent sermons to <a href=\"mailto:personnel@rhcbc.org\">personnel@rhcbc.org<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We thank all applicants for their interest in the position;
