We are presently seeking a full-time lead pastor to lead the Cantonese congregation with 230 worshippers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Prefer at least 2 years of ministry experience;<\/li><li>Graduate of an evangelical bible college or seminary;<\/li><li>Fluent in Cantonese and English;<\/li><li>Agree with AGC Statement of Faith;<\/li><li>Agree with vision of cell church;<\/li><li>Emphasis on discipleship training.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Job description<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Under the supervision\/mentorship of the Cantonese Lead Pastor to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" type=\"1\"><li>Assist the Lead Pastor to give pastoral leadership to the congregation to fulfill the church vision;<\/li><li>Assist the Lead Pastor to oversee different ministries;<\/li><li>Preaching, teach Sunday school, train leaders, multiply disciples;<\/li><li>Oversee small groups;<\/li><li>Promote participation and recruit people to serve in Cantonese and church wide ministries;<\/li><li>Organize and oversee any assigned
