We are presently seeking a full-time lead pastor to lead the Cantonese congregation with 230 worshippers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Prefer 5 years of North American ministry experience;<\/li><li>Graduate of an evangelical bible college or seminary;<\/li><li>Fluent in Cantonese and English;<\/li><li>Agree with AGC Statement of Faith;<\/li><li>Agree with vision of cell church;<\/li><li>Emphasis on discipleship training.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Job description<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Under the supervision of the Senior Pastor to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" type=\"1\"><li>Give pastoral leadership to the congregation to fulfill the church vision;<\/li><li>Chair the Ministry Committee;<\/li><li>Oversee the worship services including preaching;<\/li><li>Oversee the cell ministry including the cells and Discipleship &amp; Equipping and fellowship groups (if such exist);<\/li><li>Disciple cell leaders;<\/li><li>Oversee the administrative work of the ministry;<\/li><li>Lead and mentor any staff or intern working under the lead
